Colors are divided into two categories in Feng Shui, Yin and Yang. Yin colors promote relaxation and healing while Yang colors focus on positive energy and interest. A combination of these is required to provide the best Feng Shui Bedroom colors for a good nights rest that is restorative as well. Most Feng Shui colors are meant to be used in moderation or they can cause a negative response rather than the positive response that you are hoping for when it comes to getting the right amount of rest. However, blues and greens are okay to use in large amounts because they do not elicit that negative response.
A scintillating ceiling, it is amazing to see how much attention is devoted to walls that surround us, yet in most homes the ceiling goes almost unnoticed. If you have a little one who spends most of his or her time in the crib, then it makes plenty of sense to create a stunning ceiling that he or she would love. Even in kids’ rooms, the ceiling is often underutilized, and red allows you to alter this status quo with ease. From stripes and custom murals to a simple paint job, how you transform the ceiling depends both on the style of the room and your budget constraints.
Contemporary chic, not sure about which shade of blue or gray you want to use in your contemporary bedroom? How about bluish-gray Yep, bringing together the two hot hits, this is a color that has been making giant waves in the decorating world for a while now. It can be used to create a cool and inviting backdrop that also feels inherently urbane. Couple it with décor and accessories in darker tones of gray or brighter hues of blue and you have a stylish bedroom that is also incredibly adaptable. This is a color scheme that works especially well in modern Scandinavian bedrooms, thanks to its cheerful, appeal.
Giant tulips for the small bedroom: I had discovered a gorgeous fabric designed with swirling, dancing tulips. The flowers were printed in dashes of bright pink, orange, violet and yellow. The optimistically, upward curving stems were in a spring green. The rapport consisted of 7 over-dimensional tulips spread over about two meters of fabric, which had a width of 140 cm.
